Participants acknowledge that they are entering into a contract with the coach and not contracting with Indiana University Columbus, the Indiana University Board of Trustees, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and/or the State of Indiana with regard to participating in this camp, and that none of these entities run, control, sponsor, administer, manage or have any responsibility whatsoever for this camp.
